New POCKET GREENSKEEPER Divot Repair Tool
There are few consumer groups as highly coveted as the avid golfer. This unique demographic has historically ranked highest in level of education, income, and discretionary spending. As evidenced by the powerful oligarchy of organizations surrounding the sport of golf, and its high-line family of sponsors for the PGA and LPGA Tours, this is THE group to reach. One of the most proven effective methods of reaching the golfer is to put your message in front of the golfer with the intention of producing multiple impressions. The best strategy for accomplishing this goal is to provide a useful piece of golf memorabilia or golf accessory directly into the hands of the golfer within the golf venue, i.e. at the golf course or practice range. In order to accomplish this tricky task, you will need a golf promotional product that is useful to the golfer, is acceptable to the golf course venue, provides a direct benefit to the game or facility, and can be produced at a cost low enough to justify the "give away item" concept. Although difficult, there is a new product now available that fulfills ALL of these necessary requirements! The new Pocket Greenskeeper personal divot repair tool is quickly becoming a favorite of corporate marketing buyers around the United States and Canada. This product is extremely well designed, has multiple functions to satisfy both the golfer and golf course facility, and is very inexpensive. It represents a breakthrough in repair tool design and has been very well received by golf course management and superintendents (Greens Keepers). It is available in a range of colors and will carry the logo and/or message of the provider to the golfer over a protracted period of time. The tool is now in production in 5 colors and is Made in the USA. More information is available at: Pocket Greenskeeper.com

Waggle Travel Provides Excellent Golf Travel Reviews and Golf Vacation Packages!
Southern Charm, Championship Golf, and Fried Catfish!
My journey into southern hospitality takes me to a plantation setting with accommodations tailored for a Florida golf vacation; good golf courses and a great fried catfish sandwich topped with homemade tarter sauce. Pulling up to the front of Plantation Golf Resort and Spa with big white pillars reminded me to let everything go and just get away. The Library Lounge caught my eye as the perfect spot to enjoy the resorts specialty, sweet tea with a twist. The free drink upon arrival set the mood for the weekend allowing me to unwind and take in the 232 acre resort with 18 holes of championship golf and a nine hole Par 3 course. I was late checking in and could see it was going to be an early night. A very spacious room with a king size bed in the newly built Rose wing was just what I needed.
After waking up on a pillow top mattress, I moseyed down the wooden floored halls until I reached the Savanna Room where a full buffet was displayed. Everything was hot and the staff did everything they could to make you feel at home. Of course shrimp and grits were in the near future but my tee time on the championship golf course was only 30 minutes away. The small 100 yard walk to the clubhouse would allow me to take in the big oak trees with spanish moss dangling from each limb.
There are two courses at Plantation Golf Resort and Spa which set up for a great Florida golf vacation. The Championship Par 72 golf course and the Lagoons nine hole course. The flexibility to mix and match each nine holes allows any player to create a challenge for their skill set. I could play the Championship Golf Course each and every day of my three night trip with the Lagoons nine hole being a fun afternoon round. The Lagoons is where each hole is not determined by your driver but how well you can place your wedge from 70 yards and in. The Champion has a great mixture of bunker protected greens which demanded interesting shot making. This course has matured very well and the emerald pine and oak tree lined fairways allow you to have incredible risk rewards on each hole. The greens are multi-tiered so paying attention to pin placement will determine how you should enter each hole. Out of 27 holes, 21 water hazards come into play. I can personally tell you exactly where eight of them are and how GOING FOR IT was not the best option!
After a challenging golf round and being taught the proper pronunciation and use of the word “Y-all” from the very nice and attentive cart girl, it was time to relax with live music at the Plantation Tiki Bar. Other then very tasty wings and a cold drink, the pool seemed to be a local favorite place to get away. Plantation has a fantastic local presence where it is constantly promoting stay -cations for local families to easily get away. Food is the basis behind every southern style resort and if you have not had a fried catfish sandwich after a round of golf, “Y-all need to try one!”
There are a few other golf courses in the Tampa Bay area which I had the opportunity to play while on my stay. The Plantation is only 45 minutes away from Tampa which would include golf courses such as Black Diamond Ranch, World Woods, El Diablo Golf Club, Southern Woods Golf Club, The Dunes Golf Club, and Pine Ridge Golf Club.
Before my trip to Plantation Golf Resort and Spa I had researched the property to find out what others had to say. It appeared any bad comments were made before the new management took place. It appears from the previous comments to what I have seen, they have made many improvements and are offering top notch service with southern hospitality. Definitely a "hole in one".
